Invitrogen™ SuperScript™ IV One-Step Real Time PCR, ezDNase™ Enzyme-based Real-Time PCR Reverse Transcription Systems
High Specificity and Yield with the Shortest Protocol
The combination of these two engineering enzymes provides improved RT-PCR yields and fidelity, as well as amplification of longer templates compared to other one-step Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR) kits. The inclusion of the ezDNase enzyme for upstream use further accelerates the RT-PCR workflow through a highly simplified genomic DNA extraction step. (This one-step RT-PCR system is also available without ezDNase.)
Invitrogen™ SuperScript™ IV One-Step RT-PCR System allows you to obtain fast and easy results even from challenging RNA samples. This system combines the high-performance Invitrogen SuperScript™ IV Reverse Transcriptase (RT) and high-quality Invitrogen™ Platinum SuperFi DNA Polymerase, providing excellent one-step RT-PCR performance.
SuperScript IV Reverse Transcriptase: This enzyme is a developed MMLV RT mutant designed for precise and efficient full-length cDNA synthesis. It features enhanced throughput capacity, thermostability, and inhibitor resistance. Additionally, its low RNase H activity ensures reliable and effective performance in RNA samples.
Platinum SuperFi DNA Polymerase: Designed for high success in PCR applications, this enzyme offers excellent specificity and reliability. Combined with Platinum Hot-Start technology, this modified reading DNA polymerase is optimized to provide the highest accuracy and performance.
This system delivers faster and better results compared to other One-Step RT-PCR reagents, ensuring superior performance in RNA analyses.
