Test Principle:

This kit is based on the Sandwich enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) method. The microplate provided for the test is pre-coated with antibodies specific to the ACE protein. After adding samples or standard solutions into the respective wells, they react with a biotin-labeled antibody specific to ACE.

Subsequently, HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase)-conjugated Avidin is added to each well and incubated for a specific period. Then, TMB substrate solution is introduced. Only wells containing ACE, the biotin-conjugated antibody, and the enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a color change.

The reaction is terminated by adding a stop solution, and the resulting color change is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm ± 10nm wavelength. The ACE concentration in the sample is determined by comparing the optical density (OD) values with the standard curve.

This method enables the precise and reliable detection of ACE levels.
